OUR LEADERS

What do all the men and women who lead in the GROW Zone have in common?

They all love Jesus very much!  They know that investing in the lives of little ones makes God smile --that's why they do it!

They all love kids!  They like to see kids smiling, playing, singing, and, most importantly, growing in their love for Jesus.

They all have all been chosen carefully.  Everyone who leads in the GROW Zone has been through an orientation, fingerprinting, background check and interview with the Children's Ministry Director. They have been through training for the specific age group they minister to and they are also involved in active training opportunities, as provided by the Children's Ministry department. We firmly believe that as soon as you stop learning, you stop leading.
