Welcome!  We are always happy to see new faces.  If you’ve visited ERBC or are thinking of visiting, we hope you find our church to be a warm place where you can connect with God and grow in your faith.

WHAT TIME IS THE SERVICE?

Eagle Rock Baptist meets regularly on Sundays at 9:00am and 11:00am and also has a Saturday Night Service at 5:30pm.

The message and music are the same at all three services, so you have your choice of days and times that best suits you.  Come early Sunday morning for a special time of “prefreshments” before each service and stay late after our Saturday Night Service for a time of fellowship and coffee.

WHERE IS EAGLE ROCK BAPTIST CHURCH?

We are located at 1499 Colorado Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90041.  Parking is located on the cross street Loleta Avenue.  Click here for detailed driving directions.

WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN I GET THERE?

When you arrive you may pull into any spot labelled “Guest Parking” and proceed to the “Welcome Canopy.”  Our Greeters will be happy to escort you wherever you need to go.  If you have young children, the Greeters will direct you to the Growzone where you may register your kids 0-5 or K-6th and trust them to our caring staff.

You will receive a bulletin on your way into the Worship Center.  This bulletin will include message notes, important information, and a connection card, which you will turn in at the end of the service.

And on your way in, if you have questions, just look for one of our courteous greeters. They’re easy to spot and always happy to help!

HOW SHOULD I DRESS?

At ERBC, you’ll find people dressed in blue jeans, tailored suits, and everything in between!  Whatever is most comfortable for you is fine with us.  Some of us are a little more formal in our attire, while others of us are a bit more casual.  But we’re not really as interested in what you wear as we are in you –so, please, just come as yourself.

WHAT IS THE SERVICE LIKE?

Our worship services feature practical messages of hope that are designed to impact your life in a real way.  When you arrive for worship, we’ll provide you with a helpful outline with the bible passages, so you can follow along and make notes.  Our goal is to provide you with a message of encouragement that makes a powerful, positive and practical impact on your daily life.  Click here for a video/audio podcast.

On the first weekend of each month, our church worships God through a special activity called Communion.  Click the link to see more information about Communion.

WHAT IS THE MUSIC LIKE?

Each of our services, including the Saturday Night Service, has a full band with keys, guitar, bass and drums.  Our services include a blend of music ranging from modern hymn arrangements to uplifting ballads and energetic music with a driving beat.  We’re not afraid of embracing the old and the new, and we choose songs that bring a message of hope from God’s Word.  We also have a Worship Leading Choir that sings on the first Sunday of every month.

WHAT’S AVAILABLE FOR MY KIDS?

At ERBC we care about kids and their families.  We have designed a special place just for kids called Growzone!  Growzone and Growzone Jr. are the environments where your kids will be safe, have fun and learn about God’s word.  Each zone is geared to your child’s age and stage.  They will receive a message about God’s love and take home practical tools on how they can spread this love.  We partner with parents and give you the option to receive tools and training that you can use at home to reinforce this message of God’s love.

Your teens will have fun, build healthy friendships and be challenged to grow, in our teen venue, Greenhouse.

WHAT’S AVAILABLE DURING THE WEEK?

During the week, we meet in small groups we call “CORE Groups” at convenient locations throughout Los Angeles and the surrounding communities.  CORE Groups are groups of 10-15  people who meet together to study the Bible, grow spiritually, meet new people, and have fun.
