You can’t use what you’ve never named.
Most people carry a vague sense of it — “I’m good with people,” “I’m more of a behind-the-scenes type” — but never put a name to it. Naming it changes everything. It turns a fuzzy hunch into a clear next step.

- What’s kept you from naming or using your gifts so far — time, doubt, never being asked?
- Once you know your top gifts, where’s the first place you’d want to try one out?
