Message: “Why Do We Call This Friday Good?” from Dr. Rick Mandl

A message from the series “Daily Devotional Videos.” For years people have asked the question – Why do they call the day on which Jesus was crucified “Good Friday”? What was good about it? If Jesus had been born on a Friday, that would be a good Friday. If He had risen from the dead on Friday, that would be a good Friday. But, the day he was crucified? What could possibly be good about that day?

Message: “How Long O Lord?” from Andrew Krayer-White

A message from the series “Daily Devotional Videos.” Pastor Andrew continues his look at the book of Revelation in chapter 6 and the question that the martyrs asked of how much longer it would be until God brought all things to an end. He reminds us of the Biblical principle, that sometimes it’s the presence of the righteous that keeps God from bringing down destruction.

Message: “Divine Interruptions” from Judy Mandl

A message from the series “Daily Devotional Videos.” Judy looks at Jesus’ ministry as it’s recorded in the gospels and reminds us of how often He was willing to be interrupted by others, and challenges us to ask ourselves if in the midst of our busy lives, we are open to being interrupted by God.

Message: “Jesus’ Triumphal Entry (Palm Sunday)” from Andrew Krayer-White

A message from the series “Following Jesus – A Study in the Gospel of Mark.” As we celebrate Palm Sunday, Pastor Andrew continues with our exploration of the Gospel of Mark as we’re reminded that, when Jesus first entered Jerusalem on what we call Holy Week, He was adored and loved by the same crowds who would later crucify Him.

Message: “Your Pain Has An Expiration Date” from Dr. Rick Mandl

A message from the series “Daily Devotional Videos.” Pastor Rick looks at the Promise of Revelation 21:4-5 and reminds us that no matter how painful the experiences may be that we’re going through, they won’t last forever, and God has promised to one day make all things new.

Message: “Invite Someone To Church This Easter” from Raquel Blanchard

A message from the series “Daily Devotional Videos.” We tend to think that no one will really come to a church service if they’re invited. Not true according to a recent study by the North American Mission Board (NAMB) and LifeWay Research which found that: 67 percent of Americans say a personal invitation from a family member would be very or somewhat effective in getting them to visit a church.
Another survey showed that the two most likely times they would attend if invited are Christmas and Easter.

So this week is a great time to invite someone to an Easter church service. For an Easter E-vite you can send to a friend, visit https://www.erockchurch.com/easter/.
